Our Father, a practicing Catholic all of his life, had twelve children evenly split between boys and girls. He always believed in the full right of a woman over the control of her own body. Three of his daughters have become highly regarded attorneys in their fields in the State of California. His remains are interred on the campus of Notre Dame University. He would be dispirited by the nomination of Amy Coney Barrett to replace the seat of Ruth Bader Ginsberg. This nomination was made with mendacity, self evident in the Superspreader event held at the Whitehouse that appeared to be endorsed by the current President of Notre Dame Father John Jenkins who appeared unmasked and ignored all social distancing. The nomination was made by a President who for all matters of fact is illegitimate. We his children have great conviction that this nomination would be, in his system of beliefs, illegitimate as well.

As recent events have shown the partisanship of the US Supreme Court is now boundless:
